Christmas Past
I knew Santa long ago
Before you were alive
Cause you are only 51
And I am 65
I knew Santa long ago
When he came to my house
To bring toys and lots of candy
Maybe a chocolate mouse
Santa worked so very hard
He worked the whole year through
Making toys for girls and boys
Especially me and you
When I got older Santa's name
Was Aggie, I found out
You Santa's name was Sara
Of that I have no doubt
Aggie, Sara, by any name
Our Santas now are gone
But round the world Santa still lives
I think his name is Mom
So let us think of Santas past
Remember them in prayer
For God's great gift to all mankind
Aggie, Sara, Santa, Mom –
Each one is ours to share
