Christmas in Summerville, B. Bay, where my brother Keith Lane and I grew up. It was 1963 and my first year in nurse's training at the Grace Hospital in St. John's, NL. This picture was actually taken New Year's Day, because I had to "work" Christmas, and I had only been in training since September. What a difference from today's student nurses!
