This is Mittens, I got Mittens when she was 6 weeks old. When she was old enough to go outside she was put on a leash so she wouldn't wander away. She is now 2 1/2 and her favourite pasttime is catching shrews in the grass, which you would think not to be so easy being on a leash. However, she seems to be an expert because she catches one or more every day. This particular day, she wanted to bring her friend into the house, so she stood looking into the door meowing with the shrew in her mouth, but couldn't understand why they couldn't come in to play. Now she just plays in the grass with them. :)   Submitted By: Darlene Toope
