Cables – Heart’s Content
My grandparents left Hant's Harbour in 1949 in search of work and did not return. Last October, my mom and I set out for Newfoundland in search of our family roots. On our way to Hant's Harbour along the Baccalieu Trail, we stopped at Heart's Content. This photograph was taken where the first transatlantic telegraph cable was landed in 1866. Submitted By: NULL
