Brian Boru’s burial site
The bones of Brian Boru, the King of Ireland, who defeated the Vikings in 1014, but died in that battle, are said to be buried in the North Wall of Saint Patrick's Church Of Ireland Cathedral in Armagh, Northern Ireland. The Cathedral dates back to medieval times.
It is said that the O'Brien descendants come from him, so he may be my great-great, many times removed, grandfather.
I was here in October 2013.
