In a cozy corner, we convene, Where the air is thick with coffee steam, Dear friends and I, with laughter bright, engage in chatter, as day turns night.

The clink of cups, the steam’s embrace, as politics and history race, through conversations rich and deep, where meaning of life takes roots so steep.

We bicker softly, views collide, in this warm haven, none can hide, A cigarette’s ash drifts in the air, where our differences are laid bare.

Each puff a pause, a moment’s breath, in smoky clouds, we find a depth, of understanding, even when, our arguments feel like a storm within.

Eyes spark with passion, voices rise, the truth we seek in compromise, in laughter’s grace and playful scorn, we find the ties that keep us warm.

So here we sit, with cups in hand, through heated talks, we understand, the joy in discourse, shared and bright, in coffee’s warmth, we find our light.
