Bones of the Sea
Friends of ours, Al and Val Bazar, from Calgary, on their first trip to the East Coast. They spent a night at a B&B in Dildo. The next day we met them, and bought some lobsters from a local fisherman. While down on the wharf we came across these old whale bones left over from the whaling days of by-gone years. That night, we had a fantastic lobster boil at a cabin in Deer Park. The next morning, our friends left for Calgary with many unique and fond memories of their first Newfoundland visit.
