A photo of the class of Grades X & XI of the Bay Roberts Amalgamated School. The two grades were combined at the time. Many years ago, my brother & I spent a year at this wonderful school & I can truthfully say that it was the best school year of my life. Grades Ten & Eleven were taught by a wonderful man - Mr. Fred Ollerhead. Years later, when he & his wife moved to Stephenville, I showed him this photo & named every student without hesitation, more than I have been able to do completely. Maybe some of your readers could fill in the blanks for me, and my apologies to those I have forgotten - by name only - certainly not the faces & their personalities.
