After two years of planning, the McCarthy Family Reunion became a reality in July 07 at Gros Morne National Park. Relatives came home from Denver, Colorado, Calgary, Alberta and Bowmanville, Ontario. When the reunion ended, our family drove across the island to St. John's. Our little granddaughter (5 months) Sydney Margaret McCarthy touched her toes in the great Atlantic off Bell Island.
