Ava is proudly wearing the Puffin cap and sweater purchased from Downhome as a Christmas gift by her great-grandparents, Obed and Doreen Matthews of Ottawa. Ava's parents, Cory and Tanya Matthews, of Munster, Ontario, are our grandson and granddaughter-in-law. Ava is the start of a new branch on the Matthews family tree which now extends from Devon, England to Burgeo, Red Island and Trinity, NL, as well as Halifax and North Sydney, NS.
