Not long back from a great trip back home "Around the Bay"

The weather wasn't the best but what can I say

Spent time with me Mudder, Fadder and a cousin’s wedding, which was great

Got to see most of my Fadder’s family all in one place

Had Ches’s and feeds of Hogan’s enough times to last for another two years

And the best Mary Brown's ever in Carbonear

Was invited to some good meals at my Sista’s and my Aunt’s

And the best kind of kitchen party at my Sista’s friend's I can rant

My son Cale got to drive a quad with me Fadder one whole afternoon

I got to meet the Compass editor and I was over the moon

Had some nice deep fried turkey while we visited me Mudder’s side

And got to see the most beautiful saltbox house I ever eyed

Ran through the ocean and walked on Northern Bay Sands

Overall my trip was grand.
