In May of 2008, my family and I were on a hiking trip and came upon this old abandoned house in Brigus, Conception Bay. We met and talked to a Mr. Roberts who gave us information about this house. It was last occupied in 1972 by a Mr. George Kennedy who was found dead in the house. He died from gangrene which was caused by frostbite. I just thought I would share this with your readers. Maybe someone else could tell me more. This is a picture of me in the doorway.
