In June 2007, my Uncle Hector Elliott passed away from a massive stroke. Our family was very saddened with his sudden passing and together we have supported one another and shared memories of our special Uncle. We visited St John's in July 2007 to spend some time with our family and friends. During our visit my Aunt Melva (wife of my Uncle) decided to keep a family tradition alive by cooking a Jiggs Dinner and taking it to eat on Topsail Beach. We also lit a fire and stayed there until sunset. The photo enclosed was taken during this special evening. It is a photo of my dad, Roland Murphy holding hands with Nathan Elliott (grandson of Hector) and Ashley King (great neice of Hector). The photo speaks for itself as we all remember our very special Uncle, Father, and Grandfather. There is no place on earth like the good ol' Rock.   Submitted By: Dana King
