A memory of my school
I have painted scenes and different things on many rocks over the years and then when my high school "W. Bramwell Booth Memorial High later to be renamed to Windsor Collegiate" burned down in the late 1990s I got a couple of bricks from the rubble by the side of the road. I had this brick for many years then one day while looking at it in my hand I decided that it would be nice to paint a picture of the school I attended in junior and senior high and eventually graduated from. So this is the finished product. The schools gym was left not touched by the fire and some years later to this day a local man bought it and turned it into a small grocery store. I dropped by one day with the brick as a gift to add to the memorabilia of the former school, him and his wife was so pleased to recieve it and has it on display in the store for ever customer to see.
