A Brazen Photo
First, I would like to congratulate you on your success with Downhome magazine and with the store in St. John's. I have enjoyed the Downhome since the beginning and have visited your stores in Mimico and St. John's. Thank you for many years of enjoyment and keep up the good work. In September 2008, I had the opportunity to visit Dublin, Ireland with some St. John's natives. We went to find our roots and had a great time. One of the highlights of our trip was an afternoon spent at the Brazen Head Pub, enjoying Irish food, hospitality and music. The Brazen Head is the oldest pub in Ireland, founded in 1178. Pictured in front of the Brazen Head are Rose Molloy, Dorothy Thomas, Mary Thomas, Cindy Pomeroy and Margaret Pomeroy. Thanks again for the Downhome and I hope to enjoy it for many years to come.
