"hi there, i would like to share with you my experience with a special trip to nfld. when they say there are no price tags on the doors of nfld i believe it. my husband and i were living in grande cache a.b. and we traveled to haucks bay nfld to go to my brothers wedding. he was marrying a girl from there. my husband was asked to stand as one of the groomsmen and when we arrived there in this little town we were told that the men were getting dressed at one house and the girls at another. i thought since i was not in the wedding party i'd go with the men to help them get ready. we were told to go to the white house with the green eve and that is where we get ready for the wedding. so, i followed along, we got to the house and knocked on the door. we were welcomed in as if we were there long lost family. an older lady at the house ask us who we were and what we were doing their? we told her that we were here for my brothers wedding and i was here to help the guys get ready. she made us tea, and biscuits and offered us homemade soup. it was great, we ate, the guys showered and i helped them get ready.my husbands tuxcedo was too small on the neck and the lady helped him by sewing it to keep it together. then, i went and showered, used all of their supplies in the bathroom because i had forgot mine, borrowed the curling iron and got ready. finally an hour and 1/2 later we were almost ready and a knock comes on the door. a young lad was standing there asking the old lady if she had any strangers in her house? she said ""yes i do"". when my husband went to the door, the kid looked up at him and said, "" sir you're in the wrong house""!"   Submitted By: NULL
