"It`s summertime, the year is 2000, and I am using the city bus in Yellowknife, NT. A child, perhaps four years old, is sitting on one of the sideways seats directly in front of me. She is quite enjoyable to watch, bug-eyed and looking everywhere, obviously thrilled to be riding on the bus.
