"This picture may bring back fond menories for those who waited for the arrival of the caplin in the summertime. People line the beach here in Outter cove waiting for them to row up on the shore. Some have already gotten enough to cook up on their fires here. Children play in the water while their parents talk about, what it was like when they were kids.
