Six-month-old baby Luke Rogers (from Ottawa) sitting on a hill overlooking Twillingate Harbour. He is wearing his homemade (Joan Wheeler) Salt & Pepper outfit; he is also “showing off” his partridgeberries. Luke was visiting his grandparents (Bill and Lucie Thistle) during the summer months.   Submitted By: NULL
