Yogurt herb dressing

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
1 cup low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/3 cup fresh dill, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper

Combine all ingredients to taste. Whisk well to combine. (Dried herbs can be substituted for parsley and dill when necessary.)
