Very Berry Smoothie

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
2 cups mix of your favourite frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries etc.)
1 ½ cups milk
1 cup plain yogurt
¼ cup pure honey
1 ripe banana, sliced
2 strawberries, sliced

Place berry blend, milk, yogurt, honey and banana in blender. Purée until smooth. Pour into four tall glasses. Serve garnished with strawberry slices.
