Very Berry Smoothie

1 cup frozen berries (your favourite kind or a mixture)
1 scoop whey powder
1 tbsp flaxseed oil
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp unsweetened cranberry juice
1-2 tsp sugar (sweeten to taste)
8 ice cubes
1 scoop whey powder

8 ice cubes
Add everything to a blender and blend on high until smooth. If needed, you can add a few more ice cubes to thicken the drink. It makes enough to fill your travel mug and is an ideal day starter for those of us with little time in the mornings to make a complete breakfast.
