Swiss Steak

2 lbs blade simmering steak, cubed
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 (10-oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 (14-oz) can tomatoes
1 tbsp bottled steak sauce
1 tbsp minute tapioca
1 tsp parsley flakes

Cut meat in serving size pieces. Arrange in 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with dry onion soup, spread mushrooms over top and sprinkle green peppers over that. In a small bowl, stir together tomatoes, steak sauce, tapioca and parsley. Pour over meat. Cover and bake in 350ºF oven for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
