Sweet and Sour Spareribs

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
1 can consomme soup
2-3 tbsp cornstarch
2-3 tsp soya sauce
1 rack of ribs

Bring vinegar, brown sugar and soup to a boil. Add cornstarch and soya sauce. Boil all together. Partially cook ribs in roaster. Drain off excess water. Add sweet and sour sauce to ribs. Cook for another 1/2 hour.
