Sweet and Sour Shrimp

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: More than 15 Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp paprika
1 large green pepper, diced
3/4lb shrimp
2 tsp oil

Stir water into cornstarch in small bowl. Add next 6 ingredients. Stir. Set aside. Heat wok; add 1 tsp oil. Add gren pepper; stir fry approx 1 minute. Transfer to bowl. Add 1 tsp more of oil. Add shrimp; stir fry until pinkish and curled. Add green pepper. Stir cornstarch mixture. Add to shrimp and green pepper until boiling and thickened. Serve over rice.
