Sweet and Sour Rabbit

2 rabbits
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp fat pork or oil
1/4 tsp vinegar
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp fat pork or oil
1/4 tsp vinegar
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Wash and clean rabbits. Dredge with flour and salt and brown in fat. Add pineapple juice, vinegar and salt. Cook for 40 minutes, covered. Add pineapple. Add brown sugar. Mix cornstarch in cold water and add cold to thicken sauce. Serve over hot boiled rice.
