Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings

2 lbs chicken wings
1 cup ketchup
1 onion, diced
1 tsp thyme
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vinegar
1 cup water from boiled chicken

Boil chicken wings for 10 min. and reserve 1 cup water from pot. Mix remaining ingredients with the reserved water and pour over chicken wings. Bake at 350°F for 2 hours. Serve over rice.
