Stuffed Hamburgers

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
2 lb ground chuck or round
1 med. onion {chopped}
1 pkg. stove top stuffing
1 can french onion soup
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Prepare the stuffing according to pkg. instructions. Mix the meat, milk, onion, salt & pepper together. Shape into 8 patties. Place 2 heaping Tbls. of stuffing on 4 of the patties. Cover the patties with stuffing with the patties without stuffing and seal the sides together. Place the 4 stuffed hamburgers in an oven pan and pour the soup evenly over the patties. Bake at 375°F until done.
