String Beans and Rice

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 lb round steak
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can green beans, drained
1 (19oz) can tomato juice
1 cup long grain rice, cooked

Cut meat into 2-inch x 1/4-inch pieces. Place cooking oil in a large saucepan, brown meat and onion, adding salt and pepper. Add tomato juice and beans. Bring to a boil and gently cook for at least one hour, until the meat is tender. Serve over rice.
