Strawberry Dessert Squares

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: More than 1 hour

Crust:
2 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar

Filling:
2 pkgs whipped topping mix
1 cup (1%) milk
1 small pkg. strawberry jelly
2/3 cup boiling water
1/2 cup ice cubes

Crust:

Combine 2 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs, 3/4 cup butter (melted) and 1/4 cup sugar. Spread in a 13" × 9" pan lined with enough foil to overhang two sides: coat with cooking spray. Chill until firm.

Creamy Filling:

At medium-high speed, beat topping mix and milk until thickened. Reserve. Stir jelly into water until dissolved; stir in ice cubes until dissolved. At medium speed, slowly beat jelly mixture into topping mixture until combined. Beat until fluffy. Add 1 cup sliced strawberries. Spoon over crust. Chill until set, about 2 hours. Top with whipped topping and strawberries.
