Strawberry-Custard Tarts

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Ten Minutes Total Time: Under an hour
12 tart shells, 1 1/2" size
12 tbsp strawberry jam
12 tbsp vanilla custard
Ganache:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Bake tart shells according to package directions. Cool. Fill each shell with 1 tbsp custard. Top custard with 1 tbsp jam.
For the ganache: Warm the cream and butter over medium heat. Add chocolate chips and gently heat the mixture until chocolate is completely melted and smooth. Drizzle the ganache over each tart and allow to set before serving. Makes 12 tarts.
