Steak Casserole

1 lb minced steak
1 onion, finely cut
2 tins mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup celery, chopped
1 tin peas and carrots, drained
1 small bag potato chips, crushed

Cook steak and onion in a little fat until brown and cooked. Mix soup with milk and heat. In 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, place alternate layers of meat, peas and carrots, and celery until there are two layers of each. Pour soup over top and cover with crushed potato chips. Bake in 350°F oven for 20 min. Serve immediately.
