Shrimp Kebabs

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
8 raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 each of red, green and yellow peppers, cut into 1'' cubes
1 red onion, cut into 1'' cubes
Teriyaki glaze (or your favourite kind)
2 skewers

Thread the shrimp and vegetables onto the skewers, grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side. Brush occasionally with glaze. Finish cooking in the oven for about 5 minutes.
