Salmon Casserole

3-4 lbs salmon fillets
6 potatoes
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 medium onion, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cheddar cheese, grated

Cheddar cheese, grated
Remove skin from salmon fillets and boil with potatoes for 10-15 min. Drain water and mash potatoes and salmon. Add soup, onion, salt and pepper. Mix together and put in casserole dish. Top with grated cheese and bake at 350°F for 30 min.
