Rhubarb Jam

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
5 cups rhubarb {diced}
4 1/2 cups sugar
15 oz can crushed pineapple
2 pkgs. strawberry jello

Boil diced rhubarb, sugar, and pineapple for 10 mins. Remove from heat. Put in jello. Pour into jars immediately.

Note: This recipe is also good without the jello powder; add a little custard powder instead.
