Rhubarb Dessert

3 cups rhubarb
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder

Put first three ingredients on bottom of 9 × 13 dish. Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour over base, should be thin. Bake in 350°F oven for about 1 hour. Serve hot or cold with cream or ice cream.
