Rhubarb Dessert

3 cups rhubarb
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Put first three ingredients on bottom of 9x13 dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over base. (This should be thin) Bake in 350°F oven for one hour. Serve hot or cold.
