Raisin Sauce for Ham

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 tbsp. dry mustard

1 tbsp. all-purpose flour

1/4 cup raisins

1/4 cup vinegar

1 3/4 cups water

Mix dry ingredients together. Then add raisins, vinegar and water. Bring to a boil. Simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce is thickened. Then serve this tasty raisin sauce over baked ham.

Note: This is a thin sauce. For a thicker sauce, use 2 or 3 tbsp. flour.
