Quiche

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Ten Minutes Total Time: More than 1 hour
9-inch pie shell, unbaked
1/2 lb ground beef (ham, bacon or fish)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp cornstarch
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup green onion (or green pepper), sliced
pepper, to taste

Brown meat; drain. Blend milk, mayonnaise, eggs and cornstarch until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper; turn into pie shell. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350°F for 35 minutes. Garnish with crumbled bacon or shredded cheese.
