Pizza Grilled Cheese Sandwich

2 sourdough bread slices
1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp tomato pasta sauce
2 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
1/4-inch slice mozzarella cheese

Brush oil on outside of both pieces of bread; spread pasta sauce on the inside. Sprinkle chopped basil over pasta sauce. Place cheese slice between the two pieces of bread; grill in covered skillet on low heat for 4 minutes. Turn sandwich over and grill on other side for 4 minutes. Cool and refrigerate before packing for lunch.
