Pineapple Salad

3 envelopes gelatin
5 1/2 cups cold water
6 pkgs pineapple or lemon jelly
5 cups hot water5 (19oz) cans crushed pineapple, undrained

Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Mix jelly with hot water; add geletin mixture. Stir until dissolved. Add 5 cups cold water. Add pineapple; stir well. Pour into large rectangle dish and set. This recipe is great for a take-out cold plate or a wedding supper. If the dish is large enough it can make up to 80 servings.
