Place chocolate and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between until melted. Mix in marshmallows and peanuts until evenly coated. Spread in an 8”x8” pan lined with waxed paper. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 16 squares.
