Peachy Keen (Alcoholic)

3 peaches
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp sugar syrup
1 1/2 ozs Peach Schnapps
1 litre bottle Canadian champagne (chilled)

Put peaches in boiling water for 2 minutes to loosen skins. Peel off skins, remove stones and discard both. Process the peaches and lemon juice in a blender until you have a smooth puree. Sweeten to taste with sugar syrup. Add the Peach Schnapps to the peach mixture and mix together with the champagne and serve.
