Partridgeberry Tarts

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: More than 15 Minutes Total Time: Under an hour
¾ cup butter
¾ cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp milk
½ cup flour
Bottle partridgeberry jam

Cream together butter and sugar. Add egg, vanilla and milk; mix well. Add flour. When nicely creamed and blended, put large tablespoon of mixture in each portion of a greased muffin tin. Make an indent in the centre and fill with partridgeberry jam. Bake at 400°F until brown.
