Partridgeberry-Orange Quick Bread

2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1 cup partridgeberries, fresh and frozen (if frozen, do not thaw)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp freshly grated orange zest
1 beaten egg
3/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp salad oil
3/4 granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1 cup partridgeberries, fresh and frozen (if frozen, do not thaw)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp freshly grated orange zest
1 beaten egg
3/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp salad oil
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease and prepare 9 1/2" × 5" × 3" loaf pan.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Stir in partridgeberries, nuts and zest.
Combine egg, orange juice, and salad oil.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Bake in greased 9 1/2 × 5 × 3 inch loaf pan at 350° F for 50 minutes or until done.
Remove from pan to cool.
