Partridgeberry Chutney

3 cups partridgeberries
1 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup dates, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp grated orange peel
3/4 cup orange juice
2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup dates, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup orange juice
2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground ginger
In heavy saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes or until thickened. Chill. Serve as an accompaniment to turkey or pork. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
