Oven Fried Rice

Difficulty: easy Prep Time: Five Minutes Total Time: More than 1 hour
2 cups long-grain rice
1 pkg onion soup mix
1/4 cup soya sauce
1/3 cup oil
3 cups water
1 can mushrooms (save 1/3 cup of juice and add to mixture)

Combine all and place in covered casserole dish. Bake at 350°F for 1 1/4 hours. Note: Any left over meat, chicken or pork can be added to this. Freezes well.
