Oven Barbecued Chciken

1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
4 chicken breast halves
1/2 cup butter
Sauce
1/2 cup sliced onions
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup sliced green pepper
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup sliced green pepper
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 cup chopped celery
Combine flour, salt and pepper; coat chicken with flour mixture. Fry chicken in butter until browned. Place in casserole dish. Make the sauce: fry onions in butter until translucent. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour sauce over chicken and bake at 325°F for 1 hour.
