Marbled Chocolate Fondue
Difficulty: easy
Prep Time: Five Minutes
Total Time: 30 Minutes or Less
1 cup heavy cream
10 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 tsp vanilla
2 oz white chocolate, finely chopped
10 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1 tsp vanilla
2 oz white chocolate, finely chopped
Heat cream in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat until hot, about 2 to 3 min. When hot, add chocolate and stir until just melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla. Transfer to warm fondue pot. Sprinkle white chocolate over top and stir a knife through the mixture a couple of times, just enough to “marble” it. Serve with fruit wedges, pound cake or lady fingers.
