Mandarin Orange and Pineapple Cheesecake
½ cup butter,melted or soft margarine
½ cup evaporated milk
1 pkg.(250g)of cream cheese,softened
½ cup icing sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon juice
Mandarin Orange and Pineapple jam
1 (284ml)can mandarin orange for decoration
Preheat oven to 275°F
Mix graham crumbs and butter,press onto bottom of 9 –inch springform pan
Beat cream cheese , evaporated milk ,sugar vanilla ,lemon juice in large bowl with mixer until blended .Add eggs 1 at a time ,mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until centre is almost set.Run knifte rim of pan to loosen cake,cool completely before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours
Topping with Mandarin Orange and Pineapple Jam and decorate with mandarin orange
Note! Mandarin Orange and Pineapple jam
Cooked on stove for 10 minutes
1 pkg.Orange jelly powder and 1 can (284ml) 1 can(398ml) crushed pineapple in a blender for a few minutes
